Fit For A King's 'Oblivion' Reaches 1 Million Streams

Since their recently released album, Dark Skies, dropped, Fit For A King has been reaping the rewards. In under 1 week, the album has already surpassed 1 Million streams on Spotify, setting the band up for what could be the best first week in their 10-year history. To celebrate this achievement, featured track, “Oblivion,” now has an impressive music video to illustrate what we’ve all been feeling.

The emotional, heavy hitter of a track is musically and instrumentally unnerving. "Oblivion, on its own, is a very personal songs to me, but with this video, it's brought to a different level. The video shows how powerful forgiveness can be, and even when we don't think others deserve it, God does. This video definitely isn't for the faint of heart. But we believe it can show the power of forgiveness through the pain,” says the band of the music video, which you can check out below!

Dark Skies was produced and mixed by the legendary Drew Fulk (I Prevail, Motionless In White, Memphis May Fire.) Dark Skies is the band's evocative declaration of a hard won victory. "This album is far from happy. It's about personal struggles," explains singer Ryan Kirby.

New Music Video From Lorna Shore

With anticipation for their upcoming album, Flesh Coffins, looming - Lorna Shore are teasing listeners with a brand new music video for their track, "FVNERAL MOON."

Partnering with Metal Injection to debut the first track off the album, titled, "Denounce the Light," fans have been itching to hear more from Lorna Shore. Yesterday, Lorna Shore partnered with Lambgoat to premiere their powerful new music video for "FVNERAL MOON."

Check it out below!

"FVNERAL MOON" is a dark track about the ghost of a troubled man who has committed suicide due to his inability to live with the things he has done but cannot escape existence even in death, so he's haunted to live as a ghost to humanity alive to witness pain forever.

Vocalist Tom Barber adds, "Sometimes people forget, that beyond our jobs, everything we own or our social standings, We're just people. Some of us damaged and simply trying to cover a wound so none can see weakness, and some of us just covered in scars just ashamed of their past wanting no one to see their mistakes. Everything has its way of surfacing in the end, and you are the master of your own fate. Whatever it may be, understand that everyone struggles, no one is perfect, and always acknowledge there is beauty in the struggle of life. Never give in to the darkness."
