'Passion' Out Now From Chapellz

Canadian electro-rock duo Chapellz has released a music video for their single "Passion," premiering with Highlight Magazine. The song will be on the band's upcoming debut EP The Notone releasing on 9/1 and is a dramatic love story between a starlet and a common man.

Check it out!

"The video was inspired by 40's Film Noir," says Ced Chapellz, the producer and guitarist for the band. "They fall in love and get married. A few years later, the sudden death of her husband left her with questions and a deep depression. She died old at her home with her broken heart. She never knew who or what had killed her late husband. The ending is the starlet returning to life in the present times (2017) she runs into a man andgets a feeling of deja vu. She felt like she knew him, but has no idea who he is, like a ghost she ones knew."

The Notone will be available on all digital retailers on 9/1, and to keep up with Chapellz, check out their social media below!

Debut EP 'Hell Or High Water' From Blonde Roses

Blonde Roses, based out of New Orleans, have partnered with Substream Magazine to stream their debut EP, Hell Or High Water. Blending alternative rock with southern blues, Blonde Roses is proud to stream the full EP after they previously released their single, “Anymore.” The band is influenced by artists from the 60’s and 70’s, and with Hell Or High Water, they aim to give their fans honest and real lyrics about staying strong through the curveballs life throws at you.

Band members Molly, Harry, Anthony, and Albert want Hell Or High Water to be their introduction to a long career in music, and the EP is a promising start. Raw, vulnerable, relatable, and real, Hell Or High Water draws from the band’s Louisiana roots and their personal experiences, sending a message to persevere, to stay strong, and to stay true to yourself.

The two singles off the EP, “Anymore” and “Bullet,” paint a picture of overcoming life’s obstacles and still being able to appreciate the beauty of it all. Lead singer Molly says, “Life isn’t always going to be easy, but it’s a blessing.”

Hell Or High Water will officially be released later in the spring, but for now, it’s available for digital streaming, and keep up with Blonde Roses on social media for more updates from the band.

New Music Video From New Found Glory

unnamed.png

Florida's own, New Found Glory, has released the music video for "Happy Being Miserable."This is the first single from their upcoming album, Makes Me Sick, due out April 28th via Hopeless Records!

Check out the video for "Happy Being Miserable" below!

Directed by Max Moore in Nashville, TN, the creative concept for the video came from the band, who wanted to do their own version of the iconic puking scene from the movie "Stand By Me."

On the video, guitarist Chad Gilbert shares, "NFG has always done a lot of pop culture movie references throughout our career, from cover songs to t-shirt spoofs. So with our album being called 'Makes Me Sick,' it seemed like the perfect opportunity to take that iconic scene and give it our own spin. Or maybe we just wanted to show that all bad situations can have a redemptive outcome if you let it. Are you just gonna let life puke all over you? Or are you gonna look beyond yourself, pull people together, and celebrate being alive."
