Makeshift Starts East Coast Tour for Morale EP

Long Island-based DIY rockers Makeshift are embarking on an East Coast tour to promote their upcoming EP release, Morale, which they will release after the tour concludes.

Makeshift has been around since 2012, steadily gaining recognition in the DIY pop punk scene. The band follows in the tradition of successful acts such as Brand New, Taking Back Sunday, and Bayside. In 2015, the band performed on the Ernie Ball stage at the Vans Warped Tour, Today's Mixtape Festival, and Launch Music Conference plus tours along the east coast.

The EP will be released on January 13th and the band will celebrate with a release show that caps off the tour on January 20th. The new Morale EP is the first release from Makeshift since 2014's Better Off album and the band is excited to showcase their improved and refined sound with fans and first-timers alike.
