Finnish metalcore outfit One Morning Left has released a music video for their song "Kings And Queens" off their latest album Metalcore Superstars. The video was directed by Finnish cinematographers Optipari, and is meant to bring forth an aesthetic that expresses the deeper side of a usually nonsensical and party-hearty group.
Take a look at the video below!
Since the release of their 2013 album Our Sceneration, One Morning Left had been busy touring with the likes of We Butter The Bread With Butter, Protest The Hero, and Amaranthe, to name just a few. Then, in January, they put out Metalcore Superstars through Imminence Records, which was met with some acclaim.
The band are proponents of the EHM- or Electronic Hardcore Music - movement, which includes bands like I See Stars and Enter Shikari. Combining electronic/EDM music with elements of harder music is not new, as bands like Attack Attack! and I Set My Friends On Fire have been doing this for a while, as have artists in the Nintendocore genre. One Morning Left in particular is putting a heavily pop-oriented spin on it.
If you like what you're hearing, be sure to follow One Morning Left on their various social media! They may be coming through the states soon, so if you're trying to see them live you best be keeping up.
As always, stay tuned!
