Now I See, Russia's best-dressed new metalcore outfit, has released a new music video for their song "Decisions", and it's insane. Off their upcoming new album TBA, "Decisions" will remind you of Crown The Empire or new Asking Alexandria. If that's your forté, definitely check out the music video below:
Composed of Ian Schneider on vocals, Boris Lepikhin on guitar, Serj Morozov on bass, and Gleb Bubnov on drums, the band started in 2013. They've cultivated a respectable following in Russia, enough so that their forthcoming full-length is being produced by the great Joey Sturgis himself (of Asking Alexandria, The Devil Wears Prada, and Of Mice & Men fame).
The video, directed by Jenson Noen (Emmure, Crown The Empire, Asking Alexandria), attempts to reflect the theme of the lyrics in a creative, wild-west-esque manner. Says Schneider of the song:
"People often say that If you can control the process of choosing, you can take control of all aspects of your life. You can find the freedom that comes from being in charge of yourself. The thing about real life is that you will always get what you give, whether it’s good or bad. We all make choices, but in the end our choices make us."
Due to the album's as-yet-unannounced release date, it'd only benefit you to follow these gents on their various social media outlets. Well on their way to success, this cinematic music video experience should help in solidifying their global presence. Follow them, see them when they tour, help bring a band up if you enjoy it! Hopefully they can truly carve out their own personality from the admittedly heavily-treaded musical territory they're currently exploring. Until then, stay tuned for more!
